Guatemalan Businesses Take a Stand to #BreakTheBias with Creamos this March

March is a month dedicated to celebrating women’s achievements, strength, and strides towards creating opportunities and equality for generations to follow. The theme for this year’s International Women’s Day is #BreakTheBias, something that women from the Guatemala City garbage dump community have been doing at Creamos since its inception in 2008.

Channeling their tenacity and tradition of challenging the status quo, a group of businesses in Antigua and Guatemala City are using this month as an opportunity to take a public stand against gender inequity in Guatemala.
